I can't imagine what my life would look like if I had not joined RA, and I don't want to!
I must say that RA has been one of the most beneficial investments TDS has made since 1985. I only wish I had done it sooner. That said (and hindsight being 2020), the value of membership has been priceless with respect to providing Ben the confidence and skills to effectively and profitably manage a 3 million dollar business with a passion to grow beyond that level in the coming years.
All this from a guy who started with TDS in 1999 as a laborer digging fence post holes and doing demo, working his way through senior lead carpenter/project manager and now our general manager--Amazing! So THANK YOU!

Some of the strongest bonds I have with other adults, not related to me, I have from my RA Roundtables. I know that I can call almost any of them and they will answer my call, and help me with my problems. This cannot be understated. Being a boss is a lonely endeavor. You are often forced to make decisions that are extremely unpopular. Decisions that, on first glance, are stupid or rash, but when looked at from the perspective of time and knowing that you have to take care of the business first, before friendships, make complete sense. Often, the only people I can talk to are my RA family. They are the only ones that have the perspective, intelligence, experience and empathy to understand my necessary position and give me the best advice for me and the organization, even if it is advice that I don’t want to hear. These friends are priceless. Thank you and please, thank your team for me.
