I use a spreadsheet that gives me dollars bid to dollars sold, also tracks jobs bid to sold, type of work sold, were the lead came from and zip code.
Good topic. As a Kitchen/Bath Designer I am always amazed to find out how many DO NOT monitor their closing ratios, nor do some of them know what that is. Thanks for sharing.
