COMPANY NEWS

If you want to be the most sought-after Kitchen and Bath company in your market, apply now for membership in Remodelers Advantage’s newest Roundtables networking group.

Remodelers Advantage is a 30-year-old consulting firm dedicated to helping construction professionals advance their businesses, boost their profits, and enjoy the benefits of working smarter and more efficiently. To date, more than 500 companies have participated in its Roundtables networking groups, which are think tanks exclusively for business owners in the construction industry.

“Kitchen and Bath specialists face distinct operational challenges, especially in this economic environment,” says Victoria Downing, president of Remodelers Advantage®. “We formed the Kitchen and Bath program at the request of several business owners who wanted to participate in a proven, successful peer group model. They understand the value that working with experienced peers provides including the ability to share resources, ideas, and solutions. Our Remodelers Advantage Roundtable format has been outstanding for our other groups and we are delighted that we can now offer this same resource and in-depth support to Kitchen and Bath company owners.”

The Roundtables Peer Group program unites business owners in non-competing markets to share experiences, knowledge, procedures, and advice. All information shared within the group is kept confidential and secure. Members benefit from the opportunity to fine-tune their business operations within a congenial, supportive, yet demanding environment. An array of important performance metrics are compared within groups to help owners identify challenges and opportunities.

All Roundtable groups meet twice a year and focus on a particular market segment. The newest Roundtable will concentrate on businesses that sell cabinets and ancillary products, offer kitchen and bath design expertise, and sell these products and services to production builders, custom builders, remodelers and/or homeowners. These businesses differ from full line remodelers in that they typically do not offer additions in their service mix.

This new group will be launched in in the second half of the year and is being offered exclusively to companies producing over $1,000,000 in annual revenue. Each group is restricted to 11 companies so spots are limited. Remodelers Advantage expects to launch two Kitchen and Bath Dealer groups in 2013. Call today to reserve your spot and learn from some of the best minds in the business. Contact Victoria Downing at 301-490-5620, ext. 105. or visit www.RemodelersAdvantage.com.
