Remodelers from across the United States and Canada will be swarming over Las Vegas as they attend the Remodelers Advantage 2013 Business Summit.

Designed for pro remodelers, this conference is packed with practical information and expertise that can be put into use immediately to improve performance of the remodeling business.

Presentations on topics such as Leadership, Ramping Up Sales Performance, Increasing Productivity and Creating a Culture to Build Business will be delivered by well-known topic experts such as author of Virtuous Leadership, Alexandre Havard, Cultural Evangelist Jon Wolske of Zappos, and experienced sales Trainer, Chip Doyle.

Plus, attendees at this 2-day conference will learn from three of their peers – successful remodeling company owners — who will share their secrets for success. The three successful remodelers featured in the W.I.T. Talks are:

Craig Durosko. Craig is the president of Sun Design Remodeling Specialists, Burke, Virginia. Craig founded Sun Design Remodeling in 1988 and has been instrumental in growing a one person sunroom repair and deck building shop into a successful design build firm with more than 50 employees.

Over the years, Craig has worn almost every hat in the organization. His true passion has always been the role of building and maintaining Sun Design’s culture that is based on providing a great experience for clients as well as employees, vendors and trades people. Craig will share his experience in creating a fast-growing remodeling company with the superstar employees we all wish we had! Craig has been a member of Roundtables since 2000.

Ty Melton.  Ty founded Melton Design Build in 1993. Today, both Ty and Melton Design Build have become household names when it comes to residential and commercial renovation in Boulder, Colorado.

Ty has grown his business by actively sharing his vision of what is important with his team and unleashing these bright people, allowing them to be actively involved in figuring out how to succeed. Ty has been a member of Roundtables since 2002.

Tom Capizzi Jr.  He has built his business, Capizzi Home Improvement, into the area’s leading home improvement company. The company is currently thriving under his leadership, along with a team of professionals, and dominating the local market in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Tom has personally sold over $26,000,000 worth of home improvements during his 13-year sales career, from 1988 to 2001. He is known by his peers as a highly disciplined business owner who consistently achieves gross profits that are among the highest in the industry.  Tom is a recent addition to the Roundtables Community, having joined in 2012, but not to the concept of peer groups as he’s been involved in several such groups in the past.
