Remodelers Advantage

Paul Winans Talks Roundtables

Want to learn how you can participate in this experienced braintrust? Let’s talk.

Here is how the Roundtables program works

Group Meetings
Your group of peers and our skilled facilitators meet twice a year in person to discuss the issues you are facing on the road to success. In addition, you will participate in monthly telephone conferences to help keep you on track and focused on your highest-priority success drivers. Most Roundtables members develop close relationships with members of their group and also members of other groups whom they see regularly at national Roundtables meetings and events.

Peer Support and Networking
Through the Roundtables program, you will have the ability to talk to, meet, and network with some of the top minds, remodelers and experts in the remodeling industry.

Tools and Best Practices
Throughout the years, we’ve identified several best practices that are essential to growing a successful company. In addition, we know that the members who use the array of tools that are available through membership quickly move to a position of excellence. Click here  to learn more about the Success Practices and Tools that we strongly recommend.

Dynamic Meeting Facilitators
Roundtables facilitators ensure that you will leave every group meeting with valuable insights and information to help your remodeling company enjoy greater success. Many of our facilitators have been or still are owners of successful remodeling firms — all of them are industry experts with a deep commitment to using their skills and expertise to help you achieve your goals.
