This program consists of weekly 55-minute group sessions focused specifically on improving your sales effectiveness.
It’s important to the participants that each person is supportive of each other in the sessions and that each member is actively utilizing the new skills and applying them in their daily sales activities.
You must pass an assessment prior to your first session.
The first step is a Sales Assessment and Debrief with Chip.
The Sales Assessment will help us determine if this program is a good fit for each individual. Unfortunately not all salespeople will benefit from this training program!
Some reasons the participant may not qualify:
- S/he has sufficient skills such that reinforced training is unnecessary.
- S/he is unwilling to get outside their comfort zone.
- S/he has no genuine interest in self-improvement (usually employees, not owners).
For those that qualify to participate, topics will be tailored to the collective strengths and weaknesses of the small number of participants. The assessment process also includes an interview with Chip Doyle to get to know one another better and to discuss training objectives and sales challenges.

About Chip Doyle
Chip Doyle made the difficult transition from engineer to successful salesperson in 1988 – eventually conducting sales calls in 14 countries. Since 2000, Chip has been one of the top rated Sandler Sales Trainers. He has shared techniques and non-traditional methods that allow remodeling salespeople to take charge of the selling situation and “sell without sounding like a salesperson.”

Refund Policy: Participants may cancel at any time due to dissatisfaction with the training format or Sandler recommended skills. Participants may NOT cancel due to time constraints or being “too busy.” While the training is highly focused on time management and eliminating the time wasting prospect, the whole point of the program is to insure each participant is very busy with the right sales activities.
