Services included in the Remodelers Advantage Employee Search program during and after the hiring process Before you receive any resumes, we will compare all candidates that complete the Talent Management Plus assessment to the benchmark for the open position. When candidates are a match or close match, we conduct a telephone interview to confirm:
You will receive ONLY the candidates who are a good match (not perfect) for the position. Candidates who have good assessment scores but do have the experience needed for the position will not be sent to you. You will receive a series of reports about the RECOMMENDED candidates. Clients who are new to the service will receive a custom review-via telephone-of the top reports with the Talent Management Plus manager. We will coordinate the time and day via email before you contact clients. When a candidate is hired, you will receive a copy of their Coaching Report, via email, with a note to the candidate, encouraging hm/her to review the report and be prepared to review it with the owner/hiring manager. In addition, we will prepare a customized Performance Evaluation Assessment that is taken from the Feedback section of the benchmark report and send it to you with complete instructions how to use it. We will record the hiring date and contact you 90 days after with information on how to conduct a 90 day performance review. Additional consulting and training is availalble to help you deal with any performance issues the new hire has for as long as h/she is employed, by at no fee. Coaching of the employee requires an additional investment.
