I decided to join Remodelers Advantage Roundtables because, as with most small business owners, I had very little formal business training. I felt alone as a sole proprietor and was really looking for a sounding board, learning and growing experience and some guidance in order to take my venture to a new level. I found what I was looking for in Remodelers Advantage Roundtables!! |

From the very first meeting and to this day, I learned what running a business (every aspect of it) was all about. I developed incredible and lasting friendships and was able to see the country. My personal growth has been exciting. My group members have held me accountable for failure, something most of us entrepreneurs require, and praised me for good work. Linda and Victoria have both become mentors and have given me an opportunity to share my lessons with others. In times of trouble, Remodelers Advantage Roundtables has been an irreplaceable source of support and assistance. Finally, my people have grown as a result of my involvement in RAR. It was the single most important business move of my career. |

Future goals |

We continue to grow at Plaskoff Construction; not only in volume but also in organization, skill and professionalism. Our sites are set at the 10 million dollar per year mark and beyond. We intend on being the premier Design and Building Remodeling Firm in the greater Los Angeles area. As we continue to grow, our people are provided more and more opportunity. In addition, we are pursuing exciting new national opportunities and intend to launch a national remodeling venture in the next 12 months. |
