This two day, action packed workshop -- the precursor to the industry-acclaimed Roundtables -- takes place in the Baltimore/Washington area. Prior to attending, you must complete a “Company Focus” form that requests a summary of your company and its overall condition, the various programs and processes you have in place such as lead generation/marketing programs, human resource standards and difficult challenges you want resolved.
In addition, you’ll send profit and loss statements, annual budget and work currently in progress to provide Remodelers Advantage with a comprehensive, accurate picture of your company and its status. Remodelers Advantage staff will review this information, give you an opportunity for customized feedback on what they find, and help you understand the benchmarks against which you should measure. But don’t worry, at this workshop, you only share your company information with Remodelers Advantage staff.
Then, you’ll join the other attendees in intensive, interactive sessions that will demonstrate the proven business practices that are key to every company’s success.
