Wilder takes before and after pictures of projects and uses them to produce high quality photo albums, which are then presented to the company's lead carpenters as gifts. The employees take the albums home to show their family and friends. Not only does this foster a feeling of pride for the lead carpenters, but it creates an appreciation for the remodeling industry and for the company among everyone who sees the pictures. In an industry where companies live by their reputations and work within a limited geographic area, photo albums are a great PR tool.
