This financial analysis tool will help you increase the success of your business by allowing you to compare major business metrics with your peers across the country -- The Door Dealer Financial Achievement Critique (DDFAC).

STEP 1

Click on the link provided to open the DDFAC Input Form.

STEP 2

Follow the steps on the General Instructions tab to save the DDFAC Input Form to your computer.

STEP 3

Once saved, complete the DDFAC Input Form with all applicable information.

STEP 4

Attach the completed DDFAC Input Form to an email and send it to IDA@YourManagementMetrics.com.

Within 24 hours of submission, you will receive an email confirmation that your DDFAC Input Form has been received.

Approximately one week after the end of the current Quarter, you will receive a second email providing you with the information you will need to access the final Results Report. This email will include:

a username and password,

your unique company 3-digit code,

and a link to the Results Report.

STEP 5

Once you've received the email, click on the Results Report link either in the email that you receive or on this web site. The link will take you directly to the Results Report.

to review the Results Report, you must first insert the username and password successfully.

STEP 6

Once the Results Report is opened, you have the opportunity to view a special report that shows a comparison between your company data, the average data from all submissions and the data from the Top 25% of the companies participating. We call this your Business Action Report or BAR. To create your BAR, simply enter your unique company code into the area provided on the Results Report.
