Roundtables Meeting Cancellation Policy
While attending all Roundtables Group meetings is a commitment of membership, we do realize that, occasionally, emergencies occur. Therefore, if you have an emergency and cannot attend your Group's meeting, please alert us a minimum of four weeks in advance in writing or by email. If possible, we will arrange for you to attend another Roundtables Group meeting as a guest, returning to your Group at the following meeting. If you are unable to alert us this far in advance, we will ask you to pay a $450 Administrative Fee to cover the costs we have incurred.
TIP: If you have an emergency and cannot attend your group's meeting, you may choose to make up a meeting by attending a meeting with another group within the same cycle (Fall or Spring). This make-up meeting will be selected by you and Remodelers Advantage.

Non-Compete Policy
It is important we are considerate of the competitive nature of our member's companies and make them feel comfortable hosting meetings. Our goal is to have the host company be able to be open and sharing with attendees of the meeting.
Therefore, if your business is located in the general area of the host company for a Remodelers Advantage meeting, please check with our office so we may get the appropriate approval from the host company.
